This may vary depending on which country you're from, but flag burning is a topic I come across time and time again. Normally used as a form of protest and expression of free speech, it's controversial in the fact that technically it's legal despite many saying it disrespects the very freedoms the [american] flag represents.
So, what's your stance on it? yay or nay? I'll add my opinion later.

Personally, I don't think see anything wrong with in in terms of law etc. I mean, it's a bit OOT and offensive in a lot of circumstances, but at the end of the day it's their opinion, and you shouldn't let it bother you.

The whole flag itself reprensents freedom, like the freedom to burn cloth.
Making it illegal is like stopping freedom of speech

I don't think flag burning is illegal, moreso looked down upon (mainly by the Southerns) correct me if I'm wrong, not so sure about American politics.

i absolutely fucking despise flag burning especially when its your own countries flag being burnt. it shows absolutetly no fucking respect for the men and women who sacrificed there lives to keep your country independent (im from australia btw) and its the most horrendous thing to do. when u protest, u should protest about right or something, but burning the flag shows nothing but disrespect to the war vets who fought there asses off to keep your country soveriegn. u burn the flag, u should be kicked outta the country. protest somewhere else is what im saying

And a flag is a symbol, its a piece of cloth, its not trying to disrespect war vets.

I'm pretty sure Flag burning is against the law in Australia. And wearing the flag as an item of clothing is considered wearing gang colors if it's to big events and such.

Why would it be illegal? That's a pretty stupid law. Is the word "nigger" outlawed too because it's offensive?

I think flag burning is stupid, but I really don't care if someone was to burn a flag in front of me. I think there's better ways to protest and it's a stupid way to protest.

The best way to protest is in the nude.

Flag burning is a shitty form of protest because it`s so damn lazy. It doesn`t raise a point or stimulate discussion about whatever you`re mad about, it just gets shock value.

Legal or not do it and let me catch you and see if you wont be looking down the barrel of a 38.
My Grandpa fought for this Country in WW2. He fought for the freedom I had coming to me and everybody elses in this country.
You burn that flag you better have made it right with your maker because you'll be seeing him real fast
